Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers at this time.
Shipping cost
A flat shipping rate applies to all orders regardless of size or quantity. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery to Australian addresses is 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Please note that these are estimates only. Petoz World is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or public holidays.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Customs and import duties
As we ship to Australia only, standard domestic delivery applies and no customs duties are expected. However, if any unexpected charges arise, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We will offer a replacement or full refund for orders confirmed as lost in transit.
Petoz World is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
